A sieboldiana hybrid from England with very large heart shaped cupped and puckered leaves.
The blue foliage is finely ribbed.
It has 36” scapes bearing near white flowers. Best if well watered. An old fashioned Blue.
The large clumps can be more than 3 feet across and 2 feet tall. The heavy leaves are slug resistant.

This medium sized hosta forms a dense mound about 13” high. The leaves are heart shaped and blue green and about 5×7”. They are very glaucous on the underside with undulated edges. The origin is tardina x sieboldiana “Elegans” and the leaves are nice and thick. Pale lavender flowers open in July.
By Langfelder, Summers and Ruh.
This classic goldish yellow plant practically glows in the dark. Immature leaves can be a little greener. They are corrugated with a nice heavy texture and because of this are slug resistant. The plant is large enough to work as a contrast plant for the big blues.
The flowers are lavender to near white and appear rather late.
The plant can take some morning sun and the plants are fertile.
This hosta has more registered sports than any other.
By Paul Aden; 1974
This small to medium sized hosta forms a perfectly round 15” clump of heart shaped leaves that have heavy substance and therefore resist slugs. The leaves are bluish green and come to a tapered point. Lavender flowers appear in June. This fast growing plant makes a nice edger.

At 20 inches tall, this re-blooming miniature is a nice early bloomer for the front of the border. Also an extended bloomer, it just keeps going with pale pink/near white 3 inch flowers that are held above the foliage. They are slightly fragrant with a ruffled edge, a diamond dusting and a green throat. A 1998 All-American Daylily Selection, this beautiful baby also holds awards. It won the Lexington All American Award, the Award of Merit and the Annie T. Giles Award for Best Small Flower.

This is a
stunning velvety, Christmas red flower that is 6 ½ inches, with a very large lemon yellow throat and eye zone. The flowers are triangle shaped and the bright yellow shows up on the lower petals as well. The plant is 28” and a semi-evergreen diploid that blooms mid to late season.

A blend of light pink, melon and gold with a full wide form and very ruffled petals; this beauty is 30″ tall. The 6” blooms have very wide round top petals and narrower lower petals which are equally ruffled. The bloom season is mid to late. I cannot find documentation, but it behaves like a dormant tetraploid.
