Daylily Always Afternoon

Developed at Daylily World; Sanford Florida, this mauve/violet, semi-evergreen tetraploid has won the 1997 Stout Silver Medal and the 1993 Don Stevens Award among others.  She has a ruffled edge and a dark purple eye zone over a green throat. This 22” plant bears 5 ½” flowers early and then re-blooms throughout the season.
